With Ujena Jam Cabo on the horizon may of you are faced with competing in your first 5k. The Coaches at Sparkpeople.com have put together the following training plan to get you ready. Whether you are planning on walking and running or running the entire event this plan will get you ready for that first big race.

5K Walking & Jogging Program

The multi-city, month-long marathon that was the fall 2010 collections ended Wednesday with a fabulous ‘50s-inspired collection by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton. The designer embraced women and all their bits and pieces by casting curvier supermodels to strut their stuff on his runway.
